The Child and Family Data Archive (CFData) is pleased to announce the release of Cost Data from the Mother and Infant Home Visiting Program Evaluation (MIHOPE) (ICPSR 37848).
The Mother and Infant Home Visiting Program Evaluation (MIHOPE) aims to provide federal and state policymakers, service providers, and other interested parties with valuable information about whether and how Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) funded, evidence-based home visiting programs improve outcomes for children and families.
The MIHOPE Cost Data includes two datasets: (1) Local Program-Level Cost Data and (2) Family-Level Cost Data. The Local Program-Level Cost Data draws from expenditure reports provided to MDRC by local home visiting programs participating in MIHOPE. Expenditure reports were requested from local programs for 2014 and 2015. The Family-Level Cost Data draws from multiple data sources, including family service logs, local programs’ expenditure reports, and Medicaid data about healthcare utilization costs.
Access to these data require an application. For more information or for assistance with accessing the data, please contact us at CFDatafirstname.lastname@example.org.
