The Michigan Medicine Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Nephrology recently received $6 million in funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to support and improve the U.S. CDC Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Surveillance System from 2021-2026.
